Glen was a very special person who lived life to the full, he was always trying new experiences and hobbies. The day Glen died we were on our way with some friends to see The Peatbog Faeries in Darvel, as Glen pulled up the car to find a parking space he turned to me and told me he felt unwell, within minutes he had lapsed into unconsciousness which he never regained. Glen left this world suddenly and unexpectedly and life will be never the same without him. Glen died of a massive brain stem haemorrage of which there were no symptoms and no chance of survival. Glen was able to donate his heart and other organs to give a chance to others. Glen was 44 years of age.
